Gurukripa Shikshan Samiti Sarangarh, an NGO based in Sarangarh Bilaigarh, has been actively serving the community for the past year. Our organization is dedicated to fostering a sense of unity, patriotism, and social awareness through various annual celebrations and initiatives. On Independence Day and Republic Day, we organize grand ceremonies to honor our nation's freedom and democratic principles. These events include flag hoisting, cultural performances, and educational programs that instill a sense of national pride and awareness among the villagers, especially the youth. Children’s Day is another significant event in our calendar, dedicated to celebrating the joy and potential of the village’s children. We host a variety of fun and educational activities, providing gifts and learning materials to encourage their growth and development. Gandhi Jayanti is observed with reverence, featuring activities such as prayer meetings, skits, and cleanliness drives, reflecting Mahatma Gandhi's values of non-violence and sanitation. This event serves to educate the community about Gandhi's teachings and inspire them to practice these principles in their daily lives. World Environment Day is marked by tree planting drives, waste clean-up campaigns, and sustainability workshops. These activities aim to raise environmental awareness and promote eco-friendly practices among villagers, fostering a greener and healthier community. International Women's Day is celebrated to honor and empower the women of our village. We conduct workshops on gender equality, skill-building sessions, and discussions on women's rights, highlighting the achievements of women and promoting their active participation in society.
